Visitor Center Evaluator process is simple.
Based on your expected walk-in traffic levels,
we work with your team to establish goals
and timelines for collecting contact information
from your visitors. Your team will collect
a random sample of email addresses from your
visitor center's visitors, asking them to
complete a brief survey that will be e-mailed
to them later. You then fax/email these addresses
to us once a week. Our automated survey system
will send an email invitation to take this
survey, and a reminder one week later if the
visitor has not responded to the original
email. We administer the survey and handle
all details. |
