The Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board sought to maximize understanding of key audiences, support partners’ efforts, spread the economic benefits of tourism, and have the information necessary to lead Los Angeles’ tourism strategy forward. With shared values of inclusion, Destination Analysts was selected as the LATCB’s research partner to employ its comprehensive expertise in order to study this diverse destination brand and tourism product.
Destination Analysts’ Designed Solution
Working collaboratively with the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board, Destination Analysts designed a visitor and resident research program employing multiple methodologies over time, including visitor intercept surveys, online, text & telephone-based surveys of residents, and panel-based surveys of key markets.
